Description
BI Staffing has a full time Hyperion Financial Managment (HFM) consultant position open for direct client.

Financial Systems Consultant with proven experience in successfully implementing Hyperion’s performance management application- Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform the analysis necessary to design and architect solutions that meet identified client requirements.
Work closely with client management and users to define requirements and project scope.
Install, develop and implement HFM based solutions based on identified client’s requirements
Implementation work may include building, loading, testing and validating the application model according to the design specifications, installing and verifying the application or building basic integration components.
Provide mentoring and on-going training to our clients.

The HFM consultant will play a role, as needed, in performing project related tasks such as: weekly and monthly status reporting, researching new product information, addressing client issues, monitoring project team progress and performance. The consultant will also participate in pre-sales support and product demonstration to prospective clients.

Skill Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is required; preferably in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Business Management.
Master’s degree in IT or Finance is preferred. (CPA, CITP designation is a plus)
At least (1) one full life cycle implementation of Hyperion Financial Management software package; more than 1 is preferred.
5+ years of professional accounting experience with a background in financial consolidations, budgeting, reporting, month-end closing and forecasting; utilizing Hyperion Financial Management or Hyperion Enterprise.
2+ years of hands on BI or Technical experience – report writing, loading metadata, designing calculation models, documenting architectural designs, etc.
Strong client management ability – superb verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and peers.
Must be able to travel extensively throughout the northeast region.
Compliance experience such as Sarbanes Oxley is a plus
Other Performance Management application/tools experience is a plus FDM, SAP BPC, Infor BPA, etc.
